If a Listing on Fraser Coast Online is owned by someone who has left your organisation, We can change the ownership of the listing, however, the following steps need to be completed before we can do anything.

1. You need to first register on Fraser Coast On Line Web Site as a user. Simply follow the procedures to register as a user.

2. Once your registration is confirmed you will need to let us know your registered 'username'.

3. You must provide us with information that proves your eligibility to administer the Listing. This information should included the following:

A. Listing Name as it appears on Fraser Coast Online Example: ABC Company.

B. Your Registered Username on Fraser Coast Online

C. Provide evidence of your ownership or permission to administer the listing. This should include your full name and title or function in the Organisation, a contact phone number and email address, a statement from you as to why you think you are eligible to take over administrative functions of the listing.

We can only change the ownership details once you have provided sufficient information to support your request. On submitting this information please allow up to 10 business days for a reply.

After processing your request we will notify you by email of all outcomes.

Then simply place your event in the www.frasercoastonline.com directory.  All accepted Event listings on Fraser Coast Online Events Calendar are currently FREE in all event categories.

For your application to be successful it must comply with our Events Calendar Terms and Conditions . Please provide as much information as possible about your event as the aim of our Events Calendar is to provide the community with up to date, current and detailed relevant information.

Please Note: All applications are manually processed by our Events Co-Ordinator and may take up to 10 business days to fully process. Please allow for this time frame when making your application. Subject to our Events Calendar Terms and Conditions we will contact you via email to advise if your application is accepted or rejected.

In an attempt not to disadvantage any Business or Community Organisation that we could find some information about, we've taken the liberty to add such information to Fraser Coast Online. If you search our directory and see your organisations information but don't remember putting it there, then it's because we've put it there as an administrator on your behalf.

To Claim your listing you will need to:

  1. Register as a member, registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
  2. Once registered and logged in, simply click the "Claim" link found at the bottom of the listing
  3. Complete the resulting form with as much information as possible.
  4. Our administrators will review your details and if approved, notify you by email with further instructions on how to Confirm the Claim details.
  5. Once this process is fully approved, you can login and edit the listing yourself to update your information anytime 24/7 via the My Page found in the Directory Menu after login.

Note: To claim a listing you must provide the relevant information and agree to the terms and conditions for using this website. All claims are manually processed by Admin, please allow up to 5 business days to complete the process.
