The Fraser Coast On-Line Directory includes information about schools, churches, health care, child care, sports and recreation clubs, arts and crafts, housing and accommodation, respite services, training and employment and local businesses or commercial enterprizes.
We welcome listings from any sector of the community, however all listings, advertisements and use of this website is conditional on all users complying to the Fraser Coast On-Line Directory Terms and Conditions, Use and Privacy Policies.

Featured Listings Featured Listings have the highest priorty for display and are displayed first (in alphbetical order). Featured listings are defined by a light Grey Background in the Basic Details Section and the word "Featured" along side the listing name. More comprehensive details about your organization are displayed in the basic information section these details help make the listing more prominent than a standard listing in the Basic Information Section view.
A Featured Listing is ideal for a business or organisation who requires their basic information to be more prominent. The Featured listing also enables the user to display additional information and images in the "Read More" section of their listing.
Standard Business Listing A Standard Business Listing is ideal for a business or organisation that only needs to display some information their products or services. With this listing you can add a single logo and up to 3 product/service images with additional text. Whilst less information is displayed in the Basic Information section (up to 150 text characters), the excluded information is displayed in full in the Read More section the same as a Featured Listing.
Free Basic Business Listing
A Free listing is offered to local business groups within the Fraser Coast Region with a basic text entry of up to 150 characters of text for a description of service and additional basic contact details. Free Business Listings are limited to display in business service categories only. A free basic listing can not include Email or Website details in the details area. Free Business Listings are limited to 1 Listing per Business/User Registration.
Community Standard Directory Listings may be approved subject to these conditions:
- The listing is only available to Not for Profit community based organizations within the Fraser Coast Region which includes sporting or social clubs and community based service organizations.
- The listing is provided free of charge provided that the listing does not promote goods or services that are profit based.
- In placing this listing the user warrants that he/she has the authority to post such information for public view and further warrants that the user and the organization will abide by the Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions posted on this website.
- Should there be insufficient content to warrant the space available, the administrators of Fraser Coast Online reserve the right to downgrade the listing to a basic free text listing without notification.
- If the listing is deemed by Fraser Coast Online to be inappropriate the administrators reserve the right to delete the listing without notification.
- Should the listing need to be catagorised in other catorgories, please contact us with the names of the categories and we will endeavour to place the listing appropriately.
Free Basic Community Listings
Free Basic Community Listings are offered to any not for profit community group within the Fraser Coast Region. This basic text entry includes up to 150 characters of text for a description of service and basic contact details, a free basic listing can not include Email or Website details.
Standard Community Listings
Free Standard Community Listings are available for not for profit organisations within the Fraser Coast Region allowing the display basic information about a single product or service. Additionally a single logo and one service/product image and additional service description can be included. Whilst less information is displayed in the Basic Information section (up to 150 characters), the excluded information is then displayed in full in the More Details section the same as a Featured Listing. Free Standard Community Listings can only be placed in community related categories.
Please Note: Free Standard Community Listings are only available to Not for Profit Organizations within the Fraser Coast Region free of charge and are limited to display in community service categories only. Any Free Listings created in Community Categories that are deemed commercial may be deleted without notice by the directory administrators. Free Standard Community Listings must contain enough information to warrant the space provided otherwise the directory administrators reserver the right to convert the listing back to a Free Basic Listing without notification.
Classified Ads Advertising
Fraser Coast Online may at some time in the future add Classified Ads Advertising features to the website. Should this eventuate we will add further terms and conditions notices to this section.
Banner Advertising Limited banner advertising positions are being offered throughout this site in the form of sponsorship and paid advertising. Fraser Coast On-Line is limiting the banner positions to 7 spots available up to 10 ads per position on a page or time rotation basis. Due to the limited availability, the positions will be negotiated with both sponsors and paid advertisers on a first in basis.
Fraser Coast Online reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement submitted for the Fraser Coast Online website. However, Fraser Coast Online does not attempt to investigate or verify claims, including claims of compliance with Fraser Coast Online codes, termsn conditions and standards, made in advertisements appearing in Fraser Coast Online website. The appearance of advertising in Fraser Coast Online website in no way implies endorsement or approval by Fraser Coast Online of any advertising claims or of the advertiser, its product, or services. Fraser Coast Online disclaims any liability whatsoever in connection with advertising appearing in the Fraser Coast Online website.

14. General14.1 Fraser Coast On-Line Directory provides this service for both its members and the general community within the Fraser Coast Region. Without the express written consent of the administrators, all listings and advertisements submitted must be related to the Fraser Coast region. Fraser Coast On-Line Directory Administrators (Bay Connect and Tradewise Promotions) has the authority to deem listings or advertisements as inappropriate.
14.2 Advertisements deemed as inappropriate will be removed without refund if applicable.
14.3 Directory Listings and or Advertisements will expire if not renewed by their individual due date.
14.4 As per clause 5, Fraser Coast On-Line Directory does not guarantee uninterrupted access to this web site.
Event Calendar
15. General15.1 Fraser Coast On-Line Directory Provides this service FREE for all Fraser Coast region business and community sectors. This service may be used for any event that fits into or is relevant to the included categories. It may be used by commercial entities publicising an event which is directly relevant to our audience - but it should not be used for any long running events, for example long-running plays. We will not accept event postings for business recruitment purposes, however relevant you feel it is.
15.2 All events submitted to the Event Calendar must be related to the Fraser Coast region.
15.3 Fraser Coast On-Line Directory reserves the right to remove any event listing without notice or explanation.
15.4 Events can be viewed by anybody - not just registered users. All details about events - such as location, start times, contact phone numbers and other information can be viewed by anyone visiting the website.
15.5 Anyone from the general public can apply to add events to the site - these events must be 'owned' by you, under your control or you have been authorized by your organization to post the event. Event applications are manually processed so you are not able to make changes, please ensure all details in the application are correct before clicking the submit button. Our Events Co-Ordinator , is able to amend and delete events as we see fit. We ask you to be considerate when posting events to the Calendar.
15.6 Applications for New Events may take up to 10 business days to process, please do not lodge duplicates of the same event as the original application and duplicates may be detected as Spam by our email server and deleted accordingly.
15.6 Remember that any member of the public can view these event details - so please take care if, for any reason, particulars of the event are not for general distribution.
15.7 If there is an error in a posted event or you require a change please contact our Events Co-Ordinator. Note, requests for changes to approved posted events may take 5 or more business days to process.
Online Applications
16. General
16.1 Applications made online are processed by the Fraser Coast On-Line Directory Office as soon as practicable.
16.2 The will be some delay between submission of your application and it being processed. This will delay your account setup on both the Fraser Coast On-Line Directory Web site and Fraser Coast On-Line Directory Email.
Community Affiliate Scheme 17. Applications for participation in the Community Affilate Scheme is restricted to Not for Profit community based groups within the Fraser Coast Region.
17.1 All applications must be approved in writing by directory Admin proir to the community group being included in the Commuinty Affiliate Register. If an application is rejected for any reason no correspondence will be entered into.
17.2 The Community Group acknowledges that:
A. Affiliate payments are available from paid listings only where cleared payment has been received.
B. Affiliate payments will be paid to the specified community group within 90 days of the cleared payment being received.
C. It is the user who takes out a paid listing that decides who the affiliate funds will be awarded to.
17.3 If the user fails to select a community affiliate from the selection list (applicable to paid listings only) they the affiliate payment will be awarded by default to Bay Connect.
